Privacy Policy
Data we collect
We collect structured resume and job description data that you provide, access codes, anonymous device identifiers, and usage analytics events. We do not create user accounts in MVP1.
Files and retention
Your uploaded resume file is parsed in memory and immediately discarded.We never store the original PDF or DOCX file.
Structured session data (parsed resume JSON, job description JSON, AI outputs) is retained for 60 days, then automatically deleted.
You can hard-delete all your session data at any time from the Applications page (one-click delete all).
AI processing
Your resume and job description content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for parsing, gap analysis, and content generation. AI outputs are suggestions and may contain errors — always verify before use.
